(1) Provinces or local levels may implement projects within their jurisdiction in public-private partnership in accordance with this Act.
(2) If any project to be implemented by the Board in accordance with this Act is deemed appropriate to be implemented by the province or local level, the board may grant approval to the respective province or local level to implement such project in a public-private partnership.
(3) When implementing a project in a public-private partnership, the province or local level may request the necessary opinion advice from the public-private partnership unit and if such opinion advice is requested, the unit shall provide such opinion advice.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the province or local level uses the amount of supplementary fund in a project implemented in public-private partnership, the relevant province or local level shall implement such project only with the approval of the Ministry of Finance on the recommendation of the investment board. will fall
